Objective measurement of accommodation: Is it really possible?

Objective: There are many ways to measure accommodation but until now the known measurements were strongly influenced by patient and examiner.
Methods: We analyzed different subjective methods of accommodation measurements as well as a novel device using dynamic wavefront data in phakic and pseudophakic eyes.
