Registration

Membership of the DOG or confirmation of any oral presentation, video or poster does not automatically include the registration for the annual meeting.
Therefore, all members of the DOG and all speakers are requested to register prior to the conference.
Online registration via this website is preferred.
In case you wish to register bymail or fax, the respective form can be downloaded here and should be sent to the congress office.

All members as well as non-members of the DOG, who have registered and paid their registration fees by 24 August 2008 will receive their name tags and a voucher for the congress documents by postal mail. There will be a processing fee of € 15 for a second name tag at the congress. Registration deadline: 14 September 2008, afterwards registration is possible exclusively on site at the Estrel Hotel!

The registration fees for participation, courses and Gala Evening can be paid as follows:

Please note that any charges have to be paid by the sender.

The social programme for accompanying persons has to be paid directly to Interklassik.

Terms of cancellation

Cancellations of registration will only be accepted in writing. In case of cancellation by 20 July 2008 registration fees will be refunded minus a handling fee of € 25. After this date there will be no refund.

Liability

Porstmann Kongresse GmbH acts solely as an agent and is not liable for any losses, accidents, injuries to persons or damage to property of any kind. This does not affect the liability of persons or companies charged with providing the relevant service. Oral arrangements require a written
confirmation. The sole court of jurisdiction is Berlin.
With his signature on the registration form the participant accepts the above mentioned conditions.
