The congress office is located on the ground floor of the Estrel Hotel at the passage to the Convention Center.

Congress Language

German and English. No simultaneous translation.
The European and the Belarus-German Symposia as well as several other symposia will be held in English.

Registration

Membership of the DOG or confirmation of any oral presentation, video or poster does not automatically include the registration for the annual meeting.
Therefore, all members of the DOG and all speakers are requested to register prior to the conference.
Online registration via this website of the DOG is preferred. In case you wish to register by mail or fax, the respective form can be downloaded from this site as well and should
be sent to the congress office.
All members as well as non-members of the DOG, who have registered and paid their registration fees by 24 August 2008 will receive their name tags and a voucher for the congress documents
by postal mail. There will be a processing fee of c 15 for a second name tag at the congress.
Registration deadline: 14 September 2008, afterwards registration is possible exclusively at the registration counter at the Estrel Hotel!

** A recent job certification is to be attached to the registration. Later submissions will not be
    accepted.

The registration fees for participation, courses and Gala Evening can be paid as follows:

Terms of cancellation

Cancellations of registration will only be accepted in writing. In case of cancellation by 20 July 2008 registration fees will be refunded minus a handling fee of € 25. After this date there will be no refund.

Liability

Porstmann Kongresse GmbH acts solely as an agent and is not liable for any losses, accidents, injuries to persons or damage to property of any kind. This does not affect the liability of persons or companies charged with providing the relevant service. Oral arrangements require a written
confirmation. The sole court of jurisdiction is Berlin.
With his signature on the registration form the participant accepts the above mentioned conditions.

Certification

The 106th DOG Congress is certified by the Medical Chamber of Berlin (Ärztekammer Berlin) as an advanced training. Certification of attendance will be available from the on site Congress Office during normal opening hours.
